Kwesi Arthur is undoubtedly one of the most exciting names to have buzzed in rap music circles in Ghana this year. His debut EP, Live From Nkrumah Krom, has been sensational; garnering rave reviews, and earning Kwesi Arthur a significant number of fans and co-signs from some of the top names in the scene – from Omar Sterling to Sark to M.anifest.

Tomorrow, Thursday the 23rd of November inside Badu Lounge in Labone, GROUND UP will be hosting an intimate night with Kwesi Arthur – LIVE FROM NKRUMAH KROM; on which he will be rendering songs from the acclaimed EP.

The amazing music aside, Kwesi Arthur happens to be an incredible performer as well. We would know; having had him perform inside the yoyo tinz shrine at this year’s Chalewote Street Art Festival, and seen him perform elsewhere. All who’ve also seen Kwesi Arthur perform can attest to how equally intimate and electrifying the young man can get with it.

We highly recommend that you be at the Badu Lounge inside Labone by 7 p.m. tomorrow to catch Kwesi Arthur perform with the Base 4 Band.

Go for the awesome music. Go for the great vibes. Go for the culture.
